Comfortable bed, clean room, helpful staff

everything very quiet for a motel

I have stayed here before and liked the Hotel, but this time wanted to watch the news our tv & cable was out all night and woke up to someone in room by us smoking marijuana off & on all night and morning. We were told when we checked in that the hotel was a non-smoke environment, and front desk told us they had no way on knowing which room was smoking.

Love the location and price!

Sad that pool was open but not hot tub!

The complimentary popcorn each night added a fun touch to our stay, and the clean room gave us comfort. A pleasant experience despite minor exterior concerns.

King mattress and pillows were especially comfortable. Very clean room. Generous selection of food at breakfast. Attention to detail

High chairs and table were all that were available when we came down to breakfast. Inconvenient for seniors. Should be replaced with regular table and chairs.

The beds werenice and neat.

Our experience was marred by poor conditions in the room. The walls had holes and unpainted patches, giving it a neglected feel. We were particularly disappointed to find that the hot tub was not in working order, and the staff seemed uninformed about local attractions.

The breakfast was exceptional and the the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is the first time that we have traveled with our dog and it was nice to stay in a nice place. Some of the pet friendly accommodations leave a lot to be desired.

This is not a dislike, just a suggestion to have more suggestions for dining close to the hotel. Thanks,

the pool area is well-designed and enjoyable for families. the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

The staff were friendly and really helpful . Unfortunately, our room had a musty smell and needed some updates. The breakfast selection was decent, with good coffee available. The location made it convenient for our travels.

Cleanliness, modern facilities

Location, pool was green when we arrived and they were in the process of filling it so we were told we could use it but it would be freezing and well, green. Were woken by housekeeping coming into the room at 8 in the morning.

Price and nice decor....

Asked for a room away from a family and heard babies crying all day and part of the night

The room was attractive, spotless with microwave, good breakfast, mini fridge, I was pleased. The breakfast was nice hot with waffles, cheese, muffins, no complaints whatsoever. The location was great - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go...

Desk staff was friendly and professional. Lobby, hallways and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have also offered some "sweet treats" like doughnuts, rather than just providing baking soda bisquits-not everyone likes biscuits & gravy (me being one of those people)
